EyE OF THE TIGER

William Blake...

TIGER, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder and what art
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand and what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? What dread grasp
Dare its deadly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears,
And water'd heaven with their tears,
Did He smile His work to see?
Did He who made the lamb make thee?

Tiger, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

I dug this. . .open your eyes, our responsibilities are more than just to our immediate families or to our voting rights. . .its more than that. . .

Anyone reading my blog now, I expect you shall read the next two links, and I have a question...whats the common underlying link. . . . . . . . . . . . .

Does this look exciting. . . . .to be honest, it looks like the silence before a storm to me. . . .we, humans have less to fear from a stray asteroid annihiliation, and have more real reasons that we can be the annihiliators of our own selves. . .power when unchannelised, is destructive. . . .thats Nature's way of renewing everything...we have evolved, but not against Nature. . .these news discoveries of lost mummies and unique dinosaur fossils...all are in fact mocking pictures. .I see these pictures mocking us, reminding us, that we are coming full circle to a bigger destruction of "OUR" PLANET than has happened ever.

"The human race's prospects of survival were considerably better when we were defenseless against tigers than they are today when we have become defenseless against ourselves." (-ArnoldTonybee)

Do you see, we are too intelligent. . .against our own good?!! Short term greed, gratification of our senses, hunger for power ("We have, I fear, confused power with greatness." -Stewart Udall), short sightedness. . .have undermined our greater priorities. . .
